Bulk Image Resizer provides free, browser-based image tools for resizing, compressing, converting, and removing image backgrounds. The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to process images you do not have the right to use, or in any way that infringes the rights of others, violates any law, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

You retain all rights to the images you process. Because the core tools run in your browser, we do not claim any ownership of, or rights to, your images. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to process.

4. Intellectual property

The Service's name, design, code, and branding are the property of Bulk Image Resizer and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Service normally.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulk Image Resizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion.
